Zero upfront. No monthly fees. No listing fees. We only charge 8% when you make a sale. Stripe takes an additional 2.9% + $0.30 for payment processing.

After a sale, your earnings (minus 8% commission) are available in your Stripe balance. Choose instant payout (to debit card in minutes, 1% fee) or standard payout (free, 2 business days to bank).

Physical products, digital downloads, handmade goods, vintage items, and creative services through our gig marketplace. Must comply with our marketplace policies — no prohibited items.

Use high-quality photos (at least 4 angles), write detailed descriptions with dimensions and materials, set competitive prices, and choose relevant categories and tags.

Yes. When creating a listing, add variants for size, color, material, or any custom option. Each variant can have its own price and inventory count.

Set stock quantities per variant. Enable low-stock alerts in Settings. Products automatically show 'Out of Stock' when inventory reaches zero.

You do. Purchase your own labels from FedEx, UPS, USPS, or any carrier. Enter the tracking number on the order page. We display tracking to the buyer on our branded page.

Yes, always. Orders without tracking cannot be defended against chargebacks. Tracking protects you and builds buyer confidence.

If tracking shows it was not delivered, you are responsible for a refund or replacement. Consider shipping insurance for high-value items ($2-3 per package).

Yes. Set 1-3 days for ready-to-ship, or up to 2-3 weeks for custom/made-to-order items. Be honest — buyers see your processing time before purchasing.

You must accept returns within 30 days for items that are unused and in original packaging. Custom items are final sale. You can offer more generous policies to attract buyers.

If the item is defective or not as described, you pay. If the buyer changed their mind, they pay. Clear photos and accurate descriptions prevent most returns.

You are notified and asked to provide evidence (tracking, photos, messages). Stripe charges a $15 fee (refunded if you win). With proof of delivery, sellers win 80%+ of disputes.

Ship on time, provide tracking, respond to messages within 24 hours, describe products accurately, and photograph items thoroughly. Most disputes come from slow communication.

Optimize titles and descriptions with keywords, maintain fast response times, get positive reviews, and consider promoted listings (12% commission on promoted sales only).

Yes. Create discount codes, set sale prices (compare-at pricing), offer bundle deals, and set free shipping thresholds from your seller dashboard.

Buyers can leave reviews after delivery. Respond to all reviews professionally. Stores with 4.5+ ratings appear higher in search results.

Absolutely. Your store has a unique URL (itzculture.com/store/yourname). Share it on social media, business cards, and anywhere you promote your brand.

On a $100 sale: Platform commission $8.00 (8%) + Stripe processing $3.20 (2.9% + $0.30) = You keep $88.80. No other fees unless you opt into promotions.

Only if you opt in. Promoted = 12% commission on promoted sales, Featured = 15%. Never forced. You choose when the ROI makes sense for you.

Yes. If you earn $600+ in a calendar year, we provide a 1099-K via Stripe. You are responsible for reporting your income and paying applicable taxes.

1% fee charged by Stripe (not us). On $88.80 earnings, that's $0.89 to get paid in minutes instead of 2 days. Great for cash flow.
